Perfect timing for Valentine’s Day! I think flowers make such a thoughtful thank you but I don’t love sending 1800 Flowers when I don’t know a local option. Enter Olive & Cocoa! They have stylish arrangements along with other fun gifts like champagne flutes, tea lights and gifts for kids and pets.
On a separate note , I was impressed when I received my catalog yesterday (just in time for Valentine’s Day) and then saw their ad when I was reading one of my favorite gossip sites (realitytea.com.. so trashy but so fun). While this makes me feel very predictable and unoriginal, hats off to whoever their media planner is. You managed perfect timing and exposure. 
Anyway, I’m happy to know about this site and can’t wait to surprise someone with a fun gift!

I just wanted to wish everyone a Merry Christmas! Because I’ve procrastinated so much on getting the apartment ready for tonight’s soiree, today is going to be a frantic scramble of decorating and “cooking” (that’s in quotes because I just have to buy all the food and my husband will be the chef… it really is in the best interest of our guests if they want something edible!) so there won’t be much time for anything else.
Merry Christmas, Happy Holidays and I hope Santa brings all of you some fun stuff this evening!

I feel like it’s taken me awhile to get into the holiday spirit this year, but now that I am there’s no stopping me! I love these alphabet tags from Three Potato Four. They come in a set of 26 (one tag for each letter, which I’m sure you figured out!) They’re printed on ivory card stock with scalloped edges, making them festively vintage. Pair them with some wrapping paper from Papersource and the real holiday decor in your home won’t just be the ornaments but the packages under your tree!
