I just wanted to let everyone know about an awesome Ideeli.com sale on Elizabeth Cole jewelry today. I think her jewelry is stunning, she’s managed to blend contemporary scale with a vintage feel in her pieces that are completely original. I’ve pictured my favorites from the sale above. Remember to use this link http://ideeli.com/in/media?mi=starterstylist if you want to join (Ideeli.com is a members only site, but it’s super easy to sign up). Prices on the sale start at $27 dollars!

The Clay Pot
April 7th, 2009 § Leave a Comment

To all of you back east, this might be old hat, but I recently discovered the Park Slope jewelry store The Clay Pot and was so impressed by their collection! Their stock ranges from designer to trendy pieces and their site is easy to navigate, which is important for those of us who don’t have a Brooklyn trip planned anytime soon. My jewelry style errors on the more conservative side and my picks above definitely reflect that. But The Clay Pot also has a large selection of funkier, trendier pieces as well as options between the under $50-$100 range so don’t let my selection deter you!

Another Guilty Obsession… this is getting to be a problem

I’m sure it comes as no surprise by now that I love a good deal and am always looking for them! I recently discovered ideeli.com and had to share. They’re similar to Gilt Groupe in that they have daily sales on designer brands that are super marked down around 50-60 percent off, however unlike Gilt there’s no set sale start time (you’re notified by email when they begin), the sales are timed, but don’t end until the product is completely sold out and the final difference (and I think the most fun) is that they have giveaways from designers like Vera Wang and Oscar de la Renta (this week they’re giving away an awesome yellow clutch from Roger Vivier, which I’m definitely going to get in on). Free stuff? Done and done.

So, check it out. It’s invite only, but use the invite code “newfriends” and not only will you get in, you’ll get a $35 credit toward your first purchase, which is really awesome. Or you can use this link, which is my personal invitation http://www.ideeli.com/invite/starterstylist (in all honesty, if you go that route I get a $25 credit, which would be lovely, but I won’t be offended if you go the other route :) you can also get a $25 credit when you sign up and invite friends). Coming up this week some sales include Vivienne Tam and Vix (perfect timing to stock up on some bikini’s for summer, even though I have some major body improvements that need to happen before flaunting a bikini of any kind…oh well, another story for another day) I’ve also heard they’re going to start having more home sales so stay tuned for that. Enjoy!
