I was lucky enough to receive this watch for my birthday (thanks Tom and Julia!) I’m obsessed! It’s so fun and blingy and is perfect for going out or just pairing with a white tee and jeans!

Decorate
I’ve had my eye on this vase for awhile and now it’s on sale! I love the shape and texture of the patina and think it would look lovely on an outside table. The other great thing is because it’s so narrow you don’t need very many flowers to fill it, which saves some dough!

Drink
Ok, I know this might look gross but I’m telling you it’s delicious especially if you like spicy things! There are many names for this drink, most of which are a bit derogatory, so all I’m going to say is take a Tecate and line the rim with Cholula sauce. You can use other hot sauces but Cholula is by far the best. Also put some sauce directly in the beer and you can even add a little salt to the rim. It’s amazing, even though it doesn’t look very appetizing….
Uncorked Accessories

I finally made it over to the San Francisco Decorator Showcase last week (pictures here), which was fabulous! All the designers did such amazing work and I was truly inspired by every room. That being said one of my favorite rooms was actually the old house safe, which had been converted into a wine cellar. It was a small space, but perfectly appointed and I instantly wanted to grab a book from the shelf, open a bottle of wine and curl up on the vintage Italian leather chair in the corner.
Next to the chair, the designer had included a Vitra cork stool. It was the perfect accent and is a piece that could be used in a living or family room. Especially for someone who loves wine as much as I do, this quirky little accessory could be perfect in my home!

Schoolhouse Electric: New Clear Glass Collection

As you all know I’m already a huge fan of Schoolhouse Electric (previous post here). While I love their vintage looks, I think this new clear glass collection is stunning! The sleek use of clear glass with the black and silver accents are contemporary while staying true to their vintage lines. These fixtures would be wonderful in a modern space because they fit a contemporary look without being cold or stark. Once again I wish I wasn’t a renter so I could invest in some of these fixtures, but maybe some of you can!
