Just a heads up to those of you in the Bay Area, the Restoration Hardware Warehouse sale is starting tomorrow and goes until Saturday! I know it requires a ton of energy and patience to make it out to Tracy and to schlep your purchases home, but 40%-90% off is very enticing. Personally I’m hoping to make it out there to find a new sofa!

I know it’s a long way off, but this mini heat-wave already has me craving the beach, sun and of course my favorite… summer accessories! So, I’m loving these cotton canvas totes and lightweight, hand-printed scarves by Virginia Johnson. These fun patterns and bright colors would be a perfect addition to your beach attire! And while we’re still a few months from actually getting to use these cheerful accessories, there’s no hurt in stocking up now!

The Sibling Challenge

My brother and his girlfriend recently moved into an awesome two bedroom apartment. While they’ve finished decorating the rest of the house, the second bedroom/home office is still on it’s way to being finished. The big missing item? A desk chair. So, in true little brother style, Tommy has challenged me to find them the perfect white chair and of course, true to my big sis stubbornness, I had to accept. So Tommy, here are some chairs for you … you better like them :)
