A different kind of Sundance

As I mentioned last week, I love going to open houses and this weekend was no exception. We saw a charming little Spanish style bungalow in Mill Valley. While the house was cute, I was much more intrigued by the furnishings and of course harassed the owner about where she found all her pieces. One of the vendors she uses is Sundance furniture. You can order online and they have store locations in Marin and Colorado.
While they also sell clothes (which just aren’t really my style), I’m obsessed with their home department. They carry amazing vintage/retro inspired pieces (pictured above are the “Wide Draper’s cabinet” $995, “Steamer trunk end table” $800, “1934 Dining Chair” $245). I love the dining chairs and they can also be used outdoors if you coat them with a lacquer finish. The pieces are unique and would add a dash of originality to any room. Take a peak at their site. I’m planning to visit the Marin store this week and I’ll let you know how it goes!
